Welcome to SuperFit. Our mission is to help you in your journey toward improving your health and general well-being through fitness, diet and exercise. We are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to providing you and your family with the best program that will get results, improve your health, and quality of life.

What We Do

SuperFit is a fun and exciting program that combines Core Body conditioning, Circuit Training, Palliates and elements of basic Kick Boxing to create a full body sculpting program that will get results. There will be no muscle left unworked. You will tone up, firm up and most importantly you will get the but you always wanted.

Getting Started

Getting started is easy. Call 860 233 3000 to schedule your first fitness goal assessment class with one of our coaches. In the first class you will meet with your coach and discuss your fitness goals, as well as learn some of the basic exercises and fitness concepts that will help you get the most out of your workouts while having fun.
